Train the Trainer Sessions with Pale Blue.

Joint sessions (generally 5-6) 2-hour sessions, allow Pale Blue. to connect with identified trainers to review content, prepare trainers, answers questions, and curate localized expert content for trainers to utilize during their training within the community throughout the licensing period. Following these sessions, an assessment (the live practice of a portion of boot camp) and a written assessment are completed in order to issue the license. Live practice does not require an audience, outside of Pale Blue. team members and other licensed trainers.

Trainers Guide One: Bridges

Top-down and process-heavy practice cultures can be difficult to move away from. For a relational approach to practice, supervision and leadership, a reflection opening is an opportunity to explore individually and in the group what has informed and shaped our practice and process, and imagine opportunities for what we let go of. Bridges is a tool to explore these concepts and can be replicated in exercise with young people and families in the exploration of their lives.
